Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

• We offer local pickup, local delivery (Greater Denver Area), and nationwide shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Shipping times and costs vary by method and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (candle making supplies), we accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@craftandharvest.com with your order number.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.

Account Responsibilities
